Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries (via calls, WhatsApp, emails, chat, or social media) and provide detailed product and customization information.

• Conduct outbound follow-ups with leads who have shown interest through the website, social platforms, or past campaigns.

• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable outfit styles, fabrics, colors, and fits.

• Guide customers through the measurement and design selection process, ensuring a smooth and confident purchase experience.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Update CRM with lead details, conversations, and follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
