NEETSupport is a fast-growing EdTech platform dedicated to supporting NEET aspirants with expert guidance, structured learning, and personalized mentorship. We’re hiring dynamic Inside Sales Executives to help us expand our student base and promote our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential students and parents via inbound/outbound calls
• Understand student goals and suggest appropriate NEET courses and solutions
• Convert leads into enrollments by following a consultative sales approach
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with counsellors and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Participate in walk-in drives and webinars as needed
Key Skills Required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales aptitude and persuasive ability
• Familiarity with EdTech or academic counselling is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
Qualification
• MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree candidates with strong sales experience may also apply
