Job Description:
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a company specializing in UPS systems, power backup solutions, maintenance, and support services. The role involves interacting with potential customers over calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales process from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Generate qualified leads for UPS systems, power backup solutions, and maintenance services
Understand customer requirements and explain product/service offerings effectively
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure support
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the system
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Handle customer queries regarding products, maintenance plans, and support services
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Ability to understand customer needs and generate quality leads
