Our mission is to simplify digital payments across India while delivering a rewarding experience to every user.Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for promoting the Malgopay app, engaging potential customers, and driving subscriptions to our Premium Plan.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential users to introduce and promote the Malgopay app.Clearly explain product features, benefits, and the Premium Subscription Plan (₹699 per annum).Encourage app downloads and convert leads into paid subscribers.Achieve daily and weekly sales targets (minimum 20 successful conversions per day).Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies.Deliver a positive user experience and represent the brand professionally.Requirements:Excellent communication skills in Kannada (English or Hindi is an added advantage).Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven personality.Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.Immediate joiners preferred.Must be comfortable working from the office (Monday to Saturday).Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service is an added advantage.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance).Attractive incentive program for achieving and exceeding targets.Health insurance coverage for employees.Paid sick leave and employee welfare benefits.Comprehensive 1-week training program provided.Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling fintech company.Work Location: In-person
