Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Magicpin’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the best possible solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Work closely with the team to improve sales techniques and overall performance.
- Graduation is mandatory in any discipline.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) and a confident personality.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
