CTC: ₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹1.5 LPA Variable

Role:
Follow up with potential customers via calls to understand their needs and finalize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls with customers after their initial inquiry or visit.

• Provide quotes, handle negotiations, and close deals.

• Suggest products/services that best fit customer requirements.

• Manage payment discussions and maintain records of interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in one language: Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, or Kannada.

• Previous experience in Telesales / Follow-ups / Inside Sales.

• Graduate degree.

• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
