We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our dynamic real estate team. Whether you're a fresher or 6 months-1 years of experience, looking to start a career in real estate or an experienced sales professional aiming to grow, this role offers exciting opportunities, professional development, and high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Follow up with clients via phone, email, or messaging apps.
Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings for field sales teams.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to ensure lead conversion.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, confident, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus, but not mandatory.

Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BA preferred).
