Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct video verification calls with loan applicants

Verify customer identity and loan-related documents during video calls

Confirm personal, business, and financial details as per process guidelines

Pitch and sell shop insurance products to customers during or after verification calls

Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and terms clearly to customers

Achieve assigned insurance sales targets

Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation

Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance

Coordinate with internal teams for discrepancies or follow-ups

Language Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Ability to speak one or more Hindi and English is required

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales

Experience in selling insurance products is preferred

Familiarity with loan or MSME processes is an added advantage

Comfortable with video calls and basic computer systems

Strong communication and persuasion skills
