About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into successful business opportunities through tele-calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients via phone, email, and social platforms.
Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch relevant TATA Tele Products.
Maintain a high level of activity to meet and exceed sales targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Schedule virtual meetings or demos for field sales or technical teams.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to the manager.
Collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably BBA/MBA in Marketing or similar).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
