Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, explaining our research-based services, and converting qualified leads while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients through phone calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and explain the company's research services.
Convert qualified leads into clients by building trust and maintaining professional communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Follow all company policies and applicable SEBI regulations during client interactions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Financial Services.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
