We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role will focus on both lead generation and sales coordination, targeting global B2B clients. You’ll be responsible for connecting with decision-makers, explaining our services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments or closing initial-level sales conversations.
Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects and introduce our database & marketing services.
Identify the right point of contact within companies and qualify leads based on interest.
Understand client requirements and share information about appropriate service offerings.
Schedule appointments or demos with the senior sales team for deeper engagement.
Handle follow-ups with warm leads and coordinate the sales cycle.

Maintain detailed records in CRM systems or Excel, ensuring up-to-date lead status.
Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach, appointments, and lead quality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, tele-calling, or lead generation preferred (freshers with strong English may apply).
Comfortable making international calls and handling global clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel-based data tracking.
Confidence, persistence, and a target-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
