Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer enquiries, comments, and DMs across social media platforms.
Draft professional and personalised responses using AI tools wherever appropriate.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Manage leads from the initial enquiry until conversion or closure.
Follow up with customers regularly and ensure no lead remains unattended.
Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales team member and track their status.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely contact and follow-up.
Maintain and regularly update the lead-tracking Excel sheet with customer details, requirements, follow-up status, and conversion results.
Monitor abandoned checkouts and contact customers to understand concerns and encourage purchase completion.
Handle customer queries related to products, customization, payment, shipping, delivery, etc.
Track converted, pending, and lost leads along with reasons for non-conversion.
Prepare regular lead and conversion reports for management.
