Role As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the academic needs of students and parents, and recommend tailored solutions to boost product adoption.
- Revenue Growth: Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Effectively handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully. Desired Skills & Competencies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably in K-12 or test prep)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline Work Conditions- 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
