Your Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage potential customers through phone calls, understand their needs, and promote our wide range of services. Your persuasive communication will help convert leads into loyal customers while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and sell our telecom, broadband, warranty, and digital marketing services

• Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to inquiries

• Identify upselling and cross-selling chances to increase sales

• Collaborate with your team to achieve targets and develop sales strategies

• Maintain CRM data and follow up on leads efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate in any discipline (Sales & Marketing degree preferred)

• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years experience welcome

• Strong communication skills, confident over calls

• Motivated, self-driven & ability to work well under pressure

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Some CRM experience preferred

• Experience with international customers is a plus

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
