Telesales Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail - oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage customer communication, and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales coordination experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails for customer inquiries

● Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and proposals

● Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and other internal departments

● Maintain customer records and update in system

● Track order status and ensure timely delivery

● Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues

● Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards

● Support sales campaigns and promotional activities

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

● 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination

● Strong communication and customer-handling skills

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

● Experience in IT hardware sales

● Ability to work independently and in a team.
