Job Title: IndiaMART Executive / Online Sales Executive Location: Katargam, Surat Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers can also apply) Gender: Female Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday Off) Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IndiaMART Executive / Online Sales Executive to manage online product listings, handle client inquiries, and drive business growth through the IndiaMART platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle online sales efficiently. Key Responsibilities:  Manage and update company product listings on IndiaMART and other online portals.  Handle incoming leads and inquiries from IndiaMART efficiently.  Communicate with customers via phone, chat, or email to convert inquiries into sales.  Maintain records of customer interactions, sales data, and feedback.  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.  Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and sales performance. Must-Have Skills:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).  Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and online platforms.  Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.  Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.  Self-motivated and target-oriented approach. Nice-to-Have Skills:  Experience in B2B online platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, etc.  Knowledge of digital marketing or online sales strategies.  Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.  Creative mindset for improving product visibility and engagement.
