Key Responsibilities:
∙Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Primark Global's products and services.
∙Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
∙Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
∙Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
∙Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the database.
∙Respond to inquiries and address client concerns professionally.
∙Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointment setting.
Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree or a MBA-Sales/Marketing Fresher
∙Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
∙Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∙Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∙Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
