Roles and Responsibilities:

 Conduct video calls with potential studentsto introduce our products/services and close salesleads.

 Utilize persuasive communication skillsto effectively present product features and benefits during video calls.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsthrough video interactions, addressing their queries and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees.

 Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve salestargets.

 Continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategiesthrough self-improvement initiatives and training sessions.

 Stay updated on industrytrends and competitors' offeringsto provide insightful recommendations to clients during video calls.

 Looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges with a strong sense of determination and motivation.

 Close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas.

 The Senior Business Development Associate needsto wear a blazer, well-dressed and look very professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session.
