Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential corporate clients through LinkedIn, online research, company databases, and other channels.
- Make outbound calls and send professional emails to introduce Honi Group's recruitment services.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Business Partners, and other decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to develop and convert business opportunities.
- Explain the company's recruitment services and communicate their value to potential clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Research target companies, industry trends, hiring activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead databases, client information, calling records, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and support business development activities.
- Prepare daily activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Work towards assigned targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, client meetings, and business development.
