Job Description: Inside Sales – Interior & Construction Services
Position: Telesales / Customer Relationship Executive
Industry: Real Estate (Interior Design & Construction)
Location: (Delhi)

Experience: 2-5 years (Interior/Construction calling experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers seeking interior design or construction services.Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s services, pricing, and process.Schedule site visits, meetings, or follow-up appointments for the sales/design team.Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-ups in CRM.Convert inquiries into qualified leads by building rapport and trust.Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve basic customer queries.Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure a smooth workflow.Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion targets.Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.Skills & Qualifications:
