We are looking for energetic and highly motivated Inside Sales Executives (BDEs) to join our business development team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will engage with international clients, promote our events and services, and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.
Reach out to potential international clients via calls and emails.
Understand client requirements and present IBEFORUM’s events and offerings effectively.
Generate qualified leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Education: Any Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0 to 2 years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (B2B preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a Night Shift (US Time Zones).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales software is a plus.
