Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales. You will play a crucial role in lead generation, customer engagement, and driving revenue by converting inbound and outbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls/emails to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product or service solutions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to convert leads.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for campaign alignment and handover of qualified leads.
Handle inbound sales queries and provide prompt, professional responses.
Prepare and share regular sales reports and feedback with management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (but not mandatory).
Comfortable working with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
