We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive to support our growing sales team. This role will focus on generating leads, managing customer interactions remotely (via phone, email, and online tools), and assisting the field sales team with coordination and proposal generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and be comfortable working with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Reach out to leads via calls and emails to understand customer needs
• Qualify prospects and explain product/service offerings effectively
• Generate and share proposals/quotations when required
• Assist the field sales team by setting up meetings and providing necessary background info
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and support closures
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in GEN ERP (CRM system)
• Track the progress of leads in the sales pipeline and schedule follow-ups
• Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and accessible
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams for smoother execution
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Provide prompt post-sale assistance and handle any service-related queries
• Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams for better service delivery
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Good understanding of the sales process and ability to handle objections
• Proficiency in using tools like GEN ERP, Google Sheets, email, and calling platforms
• Organized, responsive, and capable of working independently
• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support is a plus
