We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Front Point. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000.
Generating and qualifying leads: Researching and identifying potential customers, conducting outbound calls, emails, social media and other channels for assessing which leads are most likely to convert.
• Engaging with prospects and clients: Communicating product features, answering questions, demonstrating offerings through virtual presentations, and building strong customer relationships.
• Negotiating and closing sales: Discussing pricing, negotiating terms, addressing customer objections, and finalizing sales agreements to achieve targets.
• Managing sales pipeline and CRM records: Tracking all sales activities, updating leads and client details in CRM systems, and ensuring accurate reporting of interactions and progress. Track and report key metrics related to lead activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and field sales teams, sharing insights, and contributing to team strategy. Provide feedback to Sales Team about lead quality.

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
