Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loans & Overdraft

📍 Location: Noida Sector 6
💰 Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹22,000 (In-hand) + Unlimited Incentives
🕒 Experience: 0–3 Years
🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote Personal Loans & Overdraft products
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly
Generate quality leads and convert them into successful disbursements
Maintain daily call reports and customer follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and processing
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Basic computer knowledge (CRM calling, Excel preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
