Objective:
To support sales team by providing leads ensuring 100% of the target achievement.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
2. Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up activities to engage prospects.
3. Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria (industry, budget, decision-making authority, need, etc.).
4. Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
5. Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in the CSM system.
6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts and maximize lead conversion opportunities
7. Track and report daily lead generation activities and outcomes.
8. Ensure 100% participation in Blitz Days and other sales acceleration initiatives planned for targeted OEMs and key accounts.
9. Maintain proper calling data, contact databases, and reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
10. Continuously do a self-study to have detailed knowledge of the company’s products and surrounding market.
