🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Pre-Sales & Lead Nurturing Executive | Pune

BUILTDesign is expanding in Pune, and we’re looking for someone who can help us ensure that no lead goes cold.

This is not a “spam calling” sales job.

This role is about:
• Understanding people
• Managing conversations
• Following up consistently
• Keeping leads moving until conversion

You’ll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to startup sales, real estate, architecture, and the construction ecosystem.

📍 Pune (Hybrid)
💰 ₹20,000/month + Incentives

What you’ll do:

• Pre-sales calls for inbound leads
• Lead qualification & follow-ups
• CRM and lead tracking
• Nurturing and re-engagement
• Builder outreach in Pune (exploratory)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable talking to people daily
• Has strong follow-up discipline
• Wants to grow in sales/startups
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Speaks Hindi fluently (Marathi is a plus)
