The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales conversions through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and chats
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Maintain follow-ups to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
Use CRM tools to manage leads and update call records
Collaborate with marketing and support teams for lead nurturing
1 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Service
Excellent spoken and written communication in English
Confident, energetic, and a quick learner
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets
