Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event management solutions.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Operations team.

Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
