Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Roles And Responsibility:

• Making outbound calls to travel agents to generate leads for eTrav - Flight, Hotel &

Holidays bookings

• Listening To Customer Requirements and Presenting Appropriately To Make A Sale.

• Ensure quotes are sent to qualified leads

• Follow up with travel agents (qualified leads) once quotes are sent

• Follow ups for payments before the travel dates

• Knowledge of travel industry will be an added advantage

• Responsible For Sourcing and Developing Client Relationships and Referrals.

• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively

Requirements -

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable handling calls and a little bit of email as well

• Freshers can apply
