Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and online meetings to promote medical
equipment solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads provided by the company to convert them into sales.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales records and customer interactions.
Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, BPO, business development.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
