Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining our services, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Explain the company's services and address customer queries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong customer handling skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
