Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate leads and schedule meetings.

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on previous interactions to move prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Present and explain product/service features to potential clients and address any questions or objections.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign efforts and convert leads into customers.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively articulate value propositions.

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition to account management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (1–3 years preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to learn new products quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
