Contact potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on previous interactions to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Present and explain product/service features to potential clients and address any questions or objections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign efforts and convert leads into customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively articulate value propositions.
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition to account management.
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to learn new products quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
