Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads and prospects via phone, email, and online meetings to promote company products/services.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and database management.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and relevant information.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Follow up on leads and conduct product demonstrations as needed.

  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
