Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.

• Understand client needs and present appropriate product/service solutions.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and update CRM with accurate information.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, or presentations for prospective clients.

• Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 6 months to 1 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or business development experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc., preferred).

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
