Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on generated leads.
Explain insurance products, features, benefits, and policy terms to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads, renewals, and pending proposals.
Address customer queries regarding policy coverage, premiums, claims, and renewals.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
