Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle B2B travel agent relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure smooth backend coordination. The candidate will focus on building strong connections with travel agents, promoting our airfare and hotel products, and providing operational support to enhance partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with B2B travel partners and agents.
· Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert sales.
· Promote flight, hotel, and holiday products to existing and new agents.
· Coordinate with the operations and ticketing team for bookings and issue resolution.
· Manage daily sales targets and reporting through CRM or internal tools.
· Update clients on latest offers, fares, and promotions.
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
· Collaborate with backend operations for smooth workflow and agent support
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Target-oriented with excellent client-handling ability.
· Understanding of airfare, ticketing, and travel B2B processes.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
