We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Inside Sales / Tele-Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.

- Follow up with leads and identify high-potential prospects.

- Deliver an effective and convincing sales pitch.

- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable education programs.

- Handle objections, maintain regular follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions/enrollments.

- Maintain lead records and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3+ years of prior experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech.

- Excellent communication and sales pitching skills.

- Strong lead conversion and follow-up abilities.

- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

- Experience handling sales calls and lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
