About the Role
We are looking for passionate and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our IndiaMART sales process team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and offering solutions to help them grow through IndiaMART’s platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with potential customers over calls to explain IndiaMART services.
2. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
3. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Update CRM with accurate information on client interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1. Education: Any Graduate (mandatory).
2. Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience (inside/outbound sales preferred).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
5. Negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Basic computer knowledge.
