Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and share details about the Women Fun Fest event.
Explain event benefits, activities, and registration process clearly and convincingly.
Convert provided leads into successful registrations.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM.
Handle queries from participants with a customer-friendly approach.
Achieve daily/weekly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the event and operations team when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales / telecalling / inside-sales experience.
Experience in the event or service industry is preferred.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Should be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Ability to manage follow-ups and handle customer queries efficiently.
