Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of health insurance / insurance-related healthcare solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead management, cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Counsel and guide customers regarding insurance plans, policy benefits, coverage, and claim procedures.
• Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and insurance partners for smooth approvals and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM/Excel systems.
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales opportunities effectively.
