Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Delight Officers. The role involves handling lead generation, inbound calls, and inside sales with a strong focus on providing excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation and profile management.

Handling inbound sales calls.

Managing customer queries through voice process.

Driving sales targets with unlimited incentives.

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Strong interpersonal and customer handling ability

Ability to meet targets and deliver results.

Salary up to ₹25000 per month + unlimited incentive NO Travel Allowance, No cab facilities,

Incentives would be daily , weekly and monthly and Third Party Payroll

9Hrs shift & 6 days working , Rotational Shifts (Including night shifts)

About the Company:

Travel Plus is the parent company of Fab Hotels, a leading hospitality brand.

There will be rotational shift for male candidates , 6 working days( 9 hours shift)

There'll be no cab facility, no travel allowance, but there will be pf n esic will be there for full time but for inside sales interns pf , esic, cab allowances, travel allowances is not being provided

The company will only provide you with in hand salary with unlimited incentives without any deductions
