We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to engage with clients through calls, schedule appointments, support the sales team, and help convert leads. The ideal candidate will enjoy client interactions, have excellent communication skills, and be target-driven.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound & inbound calling to potential clients

• Introduce and explain company services to convert leads

• Schedule appointments for sales team

• Follow-up with leads and track responses

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns

• Maintain accurate records and reports

✅ Eligibility:

• Qualification: 12th Pass

• Civil engineering background is a plus

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

• Languages Required: Hindi, Telugu, and English (All 3 mandatory)

• Good communication, persuasion & problem-solving skills

• Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is preferred
