Job Summary

OBN Courier and Cargo is seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle

customer communications, generate business leads, and support courier & cargo sales operations.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic

knowledge of sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

 Generate new business leads for courier and cargo services.

 Follow up with existing and potential clients.

 Explain company services, rates, and delivery solutions to customers.

 Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth service.

 Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.

 Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

 Build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.

Required Skills

 Good communication and convincing skills.

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

 Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

 Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

 Customer-focused approach and professional behaviour.

 Graduate / Undergraduate
