Role Summary:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, engage with potential B2B clients, and qualify leads for our technical sales team. This is a desk-based role that requires high energy, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative selling approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new B2B leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Consultative Selling: Understand client business pain points and pitch relevant Cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Managed Services.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from initial contact to setting up high-quality meetings for the Senior Sales/Technical team.
Follow-up & Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to build rapport and move them through the sales cycle.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead and revenue targets.
CRM Discipline: Accurately track all sales activities, call logs, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. (An MBA in Marketing is a significant plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development (Experience in the IT/Cloud/SaaS industry is highly preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is an added advantage for local client engagement.
Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of Cloud Computing concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and time-management skills. A resilient "never-give-up" attitude toward handling rejections.
