Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive – Personal Loan & Overdraft
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
Explain personal loan and overdraft products, features, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Collect and verify basic customer information and documents.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for loan processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support throughout the loan application process.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English.
Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email).
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, personal loans, credit cards, or financial products is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
