Job Title: Sales & Follow-up Executive

Job Role:

We are looking for a Sales & Follow-up Executive who can handle provided leads, communicate with potential customers, follow up regularly, convert them into orders, and ensure payment completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Call on leads provided by the company
Explain our saree business model / services to customers
Do regular follow-ups with interested prospects
Convert leads into confirmed orders
Ensure timely payment from customers
Share details and updates via WhatsApp
Maintain records in CRM / Excel sheet

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Strong sales and convincing ability
Consistent follow-up mindset
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer
Target-oriented approach

Experience:

Prior experience in sales / telecalling is preferred
Freshers can also apply (training will be provided)
