We are looking for a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with high-quality leads, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, fluent in English, confident in communication, and able to present Artfills’ offerings in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities
Engage and convert inbound leads into successful enrollments.
Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strengthen sales approach.
Collaborate with and support the business development team to ensure success.
Work Structure
Role: Inside Sales (voice-based and Target Driven)
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM
6 days working (1 weekday off)
Locations: Thane, Wagle estate
Qualifications:
1–4 years of sales experience (preferably inside sales or business development).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
