We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The goal is to drive revenue growth while providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Cold/Warm Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services.
Sales Conversion: Use persuasive communication to close sales, upsell, and meet or exceed monthly/weekly targets.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, answer questions, and tailor pitches to fit their needs.
Database Management: Accurately record and update customer information, call logs, and sales notes in the CRM system.
Overcoming Objections: Handle customer queries and objections professionally to secure deals.
