Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female) – IT Software & Computer Industry Location: Rata Sati Gate, Indore Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Depending on experience & skills) Job Type: Full-time / On-site Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive (Female) to join our team in the IT Software and Computer Industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT Software and Computer Products. • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. • Generate leads and maintain customer database. • Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth. Required Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of IT software and computer products (training will be provided). • Good convincing ability and result-oriented approach. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage. Qualifications: • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. • Prior experience in telesales or IT sales will be an added advantage. • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
